Insight HR Limited is a provider of specifically designed professional HR, Safeguarding and First Aid training courses, for Educational establishments.
For several years Senior Leadership Teams, Middle Leaders, Governors and school staff have benefitted from our training.
Our face-to-face public training courses provide the opportunity to network with other professionals and our in-house training, with tailor-made programmes and delivery options, have ensured consistent approaches within schools and academies. Courses are also offered remotely allowing trainees to maximise their training time whilst minimising time away from the school.
Our training courses are delivered at numerous locations across Staffordshire and neighbouring authorities. We are committed to ensuring that all delegates can access our events so always ensure that suitable access arrangements are in place. We host many events in house at our Schools and Academies. We can deliver training specifically for just your School or Academy, or for a cluster of neighbouring Schools. We endeavour to offer you flexibility and value for money.
If you have specific training requirements we can design a package to fulfil your needs.
Training can be delivered at times which best suit your individual needs. We can train during the working day, straight after school, twilight sessions or inset days.

Our Safeguarding Training and Safer Recruitment Training covers the statutory document Keeping Children Safe in Education and includes updates to reflect the latest guidance each year.
Staffordshire Safeguarding Childrens Board have confirmed that completion of their training is a recommendation only. We would however like you to note that Staffordshire Safeguarding Children’s Board (SSCB) will only allow you to undertake their Level 3 and DSL Training if you have completed their Level 2 training.
Insight HR Level 3 and DSL Training is open to anyone regardless of where you completed previous levels but you must have completed a Level 2 course (with any provider) before booking onto Level DSL training.
NB. Completion of Level 2 training is a pre-requisite for Designated Safeguarding Lead Training.
* This is a 1 day, blended Paediatric First Aid course. In advance of the course learners would be supplied with a booklet which must be completed by the learner prior to the training day and brought along with them. The course meets all the criteria set out by the EYFS Framework Annex A.
