Lynsey has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources predominately in the Public Sector having a Local Authority background supporting educational establishments. Prior to her career in HR Lynsey obtained a BA (Hons) Degree in Human Resource Management and a Post Graduate Diploma. Lynsey is also a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
During Lynsey’s employment she has covered all areas of generalist HR work having extensive experience of dealing with all complex people management issues such as disciplinary and grievance casework to restructures and redundancies. Lynsey has also specialised in recruitment and retention strategies assisting many clients to ensure that best practice and safer recruitment guidelines are undertaken. Lynsey develops a range of interview and assessment tasks to ensure her clients appoint the very best people.
Lynsey enjoys the close relationships she builds with her clients applying a flexible and efficient approach to ensure issues are dealt with promptly and sensitively. Whilst undertaking her work Lynsey ensures that her clients are legally compliant at all times, therefore minimising any business risks.
Lynsey keeps abreast of all aspects of employment law and is committed to her own continuous professional development.
Lynsey describes herself as being passionate about education and the communities in which they serve. Lynsey was a Governor for 14 years in a Maintained school holding the positions of Vice Chair and Chair. This role assisted Lynsey in gaining invaluable experience of a Board’s priorities and the challenges they face as the education landscape continually changes.

Abigail has over 20 years’ experience in human resource management working in the Private and Public sectors. Prior to her career commencing Abigail achieved a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies and Human Resource Management. With extensive HR experience Abigail became a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Abigail supports a wide range of educational establishments advising on all aspects of employee relations such as complex case work and sensitive capability issues. Supporting clients Abigail provides an efficient service where issues are dealt with sensitively and confidentially.
Abigails clients include small, maintained schools to large Multi Academy Trusts. Abigail has undertaken project work for her clients which has included negotiations and consultations with recognised Trade Unions on behalf of the employer. Abigail also undertakes multiple investigations to support clients’ emergent needs ensuring external agencies and statutory bodies are liaised with.
Abigail works very closely with the teams Administration and Training Manager to ensure that a wide range of training and coaching opportunities are available to support our client’s employee’s professional development requirements and statutory obligations.
Abigail is committed to providing professional, responsive and pragmatic solutions to her clients and recognises the importance of the trust and confidence placed in her when dealing with HR related issues. Abigail prides herself on the excellent working relationships she has built with clients.

Karen has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resource Management based in the Public Sector supporting educational establishments. Prior to commencing her employment Karen achieved a BA (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management and Sociology. Furthermore, Karen then proceeded to gain a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Karen advises clients on all aspect of HR including disciplinary, grievance, attendance and change management processes. Karen supports numerous clients in a range of establishments and builds professional relationships with her clients to ensure their ongoing needs are fully met.
Karen has extensive experience in Academy conversion processes. Using her expertise, she has supported clients pre and post transfer guiding them through the TUPE process efficiently. Karen leads on such processes where she negotiates and consults with Trade Union Officials.
Karen is an Acccredited Safer Recruitment Trainer and leads many training courses to ensure clients compliance with the statutory document “Keeping Children Safe in Education” are met. Karen specialises in advising all clients in this subject area including but not limited to providing advice on overseas checks and conducting single central record audits.
Karen enjoys supporting clients to achieve positive solutions to all their HR matters.
