HR Officer – Vacancy

Full Time – Permanent (term time/job share considered)

Up to £30,000 dependent upon experience

Insight HR Limited is a fast paced and growing company who are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our expanding team in Staffordshire.  The role involves providing client focused comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to a Multi Academy Trust in line with their specific policies, procedures and legal requirements.  Supporting regionally based HR Consultants in the delivery of a high quality HR service to education clients; including assisting with projects and complex casework you will be a key member of the team reporting to the directors.

You will have a professional approach to all responsibilities, have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to build relationships with and coach managers and key stakeholders.

In addition you will have:

  • Operational HR experience,
  • Experience of Employee relations particularly disciplinary, grievances, performance management and absence management.
  • Tupe experience in relation to school transfers
  • Experience of working with Trade Unions
  • Experience of managing and maintaining internal systems
  • Ability to manage and co-ordinate administration tasks
  • Experience of managing your own time and workload effectively

Predominately based in Newcastle under Lyme however you must hold a full driving licence as travel between our client bases across Staffordshire will be essential.
