Remote Service Level Agreement

Our annual remote service level agreements offer you unlimited advice and guidance via telephone and e-mail support. This service is currently chosen by many of our clients who benefit from:

Pay as you go

Our pay as you go service is accessed by clients who have specific requirements such as additional on-site support, complex case matters or specific HR projects which can be accessed on a need only basis. Clients do not have to buy other services to enable them to access this support.

Bespoke

Insight HR Limited always listen to their clients needs and they recognise on occasion one size does not fit all, as such there are times when specific work will need further tailoring and planning to the client’s needs. As such bespoke ongoing projects can be accessed and will be quoted for in accordance with the requirements.

Clients who have accessed our bespoke services have benefited from areas such as well-being surveys/audits, specific training needs and policy reviews.
