Why choose Insight HR?

Insight HR offer you qualified and highly experienced HR specialists who are passionate about Education. We are committed to using our skills and expertise to provide you with tailored support and focused solutions in all aspects of Human Resource Management. We recognise that educational establishments face increasing pressure with the ever-changing employment landscape where there is a high focus on the effective management of HR related issues. Our SLAs are structured to ensure you receive the appropriate support, advice and guidance of the highest standard at the right time. We understand that HR issues can arise at any time and therefore we don’t seek to constrain you by placing limitations on our support.


How long do your contracts last?

The contracts we offer run for a period of 12 months. We can also offer bespoke contracts for shorter periods if you are looking for something different or a pay as you go service. 


What price will we be charged?

Insight HR offer a structured pricing guide for both the premium and remote service level agreements on offer. The price you will be charged will be applicable to your School/Academy Group Size. For other work undertaken it will be charged on our hourly/daily consultancy rates.


Do you have appropriate Insurance?

We have all the appropriate Insurance in place as follows:

  • Professional Indemnity – £2million
  • Public Liability – £5million
  • Employee Liability – £10million
  • Directors and Officers Legal Liability – £500,000


How will you be accountable for your own Continuous Professional Development?

All employees of Insight HR Limited are committed to their own continuous professional development. Our Senior HR Consultants are CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified, or equivalent obtained through significant experience within the Education Sector. One of our Senior HR Consultants is an accredited Mediator, and one is an accredited Safer Recruitment trainer. We are committed to ensuring that we keep our own training up to date and will access all relevant training to ensure we keep abreast of changes in Employment Law.


Will you be able to consult with Unions on our behalf?

Insight HR have excellent relationships with all the recognised Unions and will meet with them on a regular basis. We will consult with them on your behalf where any situation necessitates the requirement to do so.


Will I have a named Consultant?

We believe that relationships are the key to providing you with an outstanding service, where we understand the history of your establishment and your key priorities, and as such we will provide you with a named Senior HR Consultant.


Will you operate a helpdesk facility?

A helpdesk facility will be available to you on a daily basis to ensure that you can always get hold of a Senior HR Consultant even when your named contact is in a meeting. This will provide you with a very responsive service operating on a whole year basis. The number to call in these circumstances is 03333 444214.


Will I still have access to Policy Documents from the Local Authority?

Where the Local Authority is the employer, they have a statutory obligation to provide Schools with all their relevant policies. In addition to this the Local Authority engages with Insight HR on a regular basis to ensure legal compliance working together effectively.


If I am not a customer of Insight HR Ltd can I buy one-off pieces of work?

Any establishment can purchase one-off pieces of work such as our TUPE, Recruitment, Investigation or Mediation services. We can also produce bespoke pieces of work following consultations to assess your requirements. Training sessions can also be purchased. For any of our additional services or training courses there is no requirement to purchase other services to access these types of work.
